I love this backpack!! it is the perfect size and I love the inside water bottle holder and the internal and external zipper pockets.
I only dinged a star, because the straps aren’t quite perfect for me. They move too easily between backpack and tote/crossbody, so I find myself constantly readjusting the straps. I will likely be sewing the straps to be permanently backpack or adding snaps or something else creative to keep the straps in place.

it’s literally so nice! well made and lovely. I like that the strap doesn’t adjust too easily, like it doesn’t slip and slide and ruin your backpack situation. if you want to turn it into a tote you gotta give it a bit of a tug, but not too much of a tug either! it has a perfect amount of resistance, basically. I got complimented on it within 30 minutes of wearing it outside!
